These tubes are presented in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, meticulously straightened, with machined inside and outside diameters, and a polished surface finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unparalleled quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD range from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customized as per agreement). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customized as per agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes come in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically tested, or ultrasonically tested forms, per manufacturing specifications. Supplied with OD ranging from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customized as per agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in). Lengths can extend up to 25000mm. We offer Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes, ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Made from flat rolled material using automatic tungsten inert gas welding, our pipes are heat-treated and undergo comprehensive mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, and hydrostatic testing. All pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.

Titanium Grade 9 is occasionally referred to as 'half 6-4'. This advanced titanium alloy, composed of 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium, delivers a remarkable 20 to 50% increase in mechanical strength compared tocommercially pure (CP)titanium grades. Moreover, it offers enhanced formability and weldability over Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), making it an excellent choice for complex applications.
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in all properties, with the addition of 0.04 - 0.08% palladium for superior corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 feature a density of 4.48 g/cc, which is notably less than 60% the density of steel.
This exceptional material provides impressive corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chloride exposure. The inclusion of palladium in Titanium Grade 18 further enhances its corrosion resistance. This alloy maintains its integrity against oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
