Daxun conducts rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Grade 1 Titanium Seamless Pipe meet all application requirements. We measure diameter, thickness, and surface during production. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size products delivered in 15-20 days.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube, the softest form of titanium, offers the highest ductility with excellent cold forming characteristics and impressive corrosion resistance. It also provides superior welding properties and high impact toughness.
Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 1 Tube is among the softest and most ductile types of titanium with outstanding formability. It is primarily used in maritime and chemical industries, where parts are exposed to extremely harsh conditions. The ultimate tensile strength of SB 338 Gr 1 Tube is 35 KSI min (240 MPa min), and the yield strength (0.2% variation) of Cp Grade 1 Tube is 25 - 45 KSI (170 - 310 MPa). Known as TA1, Titan Grade 1, and Gr 1, this non-alloyed, low-strength titanium tube with low oxygen concentration is ideal for the chemical industry, heat exchangers, and desalination facilities.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is also well-suited for manufacturing exhaust systems, charge air pipes, and water pipes. We offer Titanium Tube with a thickness of 1.2 mm and diameters ranging from 51 mm to 102 mm, the most common sizes for exhaust systems. These tubes ensure stability and strength even at higher exhaust gas temperatures.
Daxun certifies and tests titanium alloy tubes according to ASME SB/ASTM, B861, and B862 standards. Our rigorous testing includes hardness testing, hydrostatic testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic defect identification, tensile testing, flattening, expansion testing, annealing, tempering, stress relief, and more.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through processes like hot-rolling or hot-extrusion. Each tube is straightened, machined to precise inside and outside diameters, and boasts a polished surface. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
We offer premium hot-rolled titanium tubes with outside diameters ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness of 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customizable upon mutual agreement). Our hot-extruded titanium tubes feature outside diameters of 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness of 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customizable upon mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated form, surface-etched, and hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested to meet specific manufacturing requirements. These tubes come with outside diameters of 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness of 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customizable upon mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
At DaXun, we specialize in manufacturing and supplying titanium welded pipes ranging in diameters from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in) with wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in). Available in lengths up to 25000mm, these pipes are crafted using flat rolled material and welded with automatic tungsten inert gas (argon). Post-heat treatment, the pipes undergo comprehensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing. Pneumatic or hydrostatic testing ensures compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Each pipe is packaged according to customer specifications, ensuring quality and satisfaction for engineering and chemical industry applications.
