Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) is renowned as the 'workhorse' of titanium alloys, boasting superior strength, ductility, excellent corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resilience, making it the material of choice for both general and military industries. Our products comply with ASTE, ASME, AMS, GB, GJB, MIL, JIS, EN, and other global standards.
Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium plates are primarily utilized in aerospace, military, power industries, vehicle armor, rocket precision guidance components, and marine applications.
Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of superior quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plates are celebrated for their excellent ductility and cold formability, making them ideal for deep drawing applications. Grade 1 titanium is distinguished by its superior resistance to general and seawater corrosion and its effectiveness against oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. With a low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), a high strength-to-weight ratio, and outstanding corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium is perfect for a wide range of harsh chemical conditions. It is the softest, most ductile commercially pure titanium with excellent cold formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and impact hardness.
ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Plate Producers, Titanium Grade 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Coil Suppliers, Pure Titanium Grade 1 Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Titanium ASTM B265 Grade 1 Sheets, Grade 1 Patterned Plates Dealers, Perforated Plates, and Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates Manufacturers in China.
Grade 2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the 'workhorse' of commercially pure titanium, known for its high strength, ductility, and exceptional corrosion resistance, catering to various industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure plate offering an optimal balance of strength and ductility. It is known for good impact strength, weldability, and corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, mildly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also demonstrates excellent seawater and salt solution resistance.
The low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and exceptional corrosion resistance of titanium make it ideal for various applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, it remains the preferred alloy for most industrial applications requiring good ductility and corrosion resistance.
