State-of-the-Art Production

Grade 1 Titanium Plates are offered in a cold rolled thickness range of 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and a hot rolled thickness range of 4.76 mm to 155 mm. Available as hot rolled or heat treated, these plates undergo longitudinal and transverse rolling. Creep flattening can also be employed as a heat treatment to alleviate internal stresses and meet specific flatness requirements. Plates can be provided as cut blanks or custom-shaped parts cut from a parent plate, with further processing tailored to customer specifications, whether mechanical or chemical.
