At Daxun, we uphold the highest standards through rigorous quality assurance tests including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These comprehensive evaluations ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipe materials meet all application requirements. We consistently measure diameter, thickness, and surface quality during production. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size product deliveries ranging from 15-20 days.
The Grade 1 Titanium Tube boasts exceptional softness and the highest ductility among titanium grades. It excels in cold forming and welding, providing outstanding corrosion resistance and high impact toughness, making it a versatile choice for various applications.
Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 1 Tube stands out for its unmatched softness and ductility, coupled with excellent formability. Predominantly used in maritime and chemical industries, it endures the harshest conditions. The SB 338 Gr 1 Tube has an ultimate tensile strength of 35 KSI min (240 MPa min) and a yield strength (0.2% variation) of 25-45 KSI (170-310 MPa). Also known as TA1, Titan Grade 1, and Gr 1, this non-alloyed, low-strength titanium tube with low oxygen concentration is ideal for chemical industry applications, heat exchangers, and desalination facilities.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is also perfect for producing exhaust systems, charge air pipes, and water pipes. Available in thicknesses of 1.2 mm and diameters ranging from 51 mm to 102 mm (ideal for exhaust systems), these tubes remain stable and strong even at elevated exhaust gas temperatures.
Daxun rigorously certifies and tests titanium alloy tubes in accordance with ASME SB/ASTM standards B861 and B862. Our thorough testing includes hardness, hydrostatic, eddy current, ultrasonic defect identification, tensile, flattening, expansion, annealing, tempering, and stress relief assessments, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.
