Available in heat-treated or non-heat-treated forms, each tube undergoes rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure superior quality.

Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. Titanium Grade 9, often hailed as 'half 6-4', is a remarkable alloy composed of titanium with 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. This composition endows it with mechanical strength that is 20 to 50% superior to thecommercially pure (CP)titanium grades. Moreover, it stands out for its enhanced formability and weldability when compared to the Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors the properties of Grade 9 but with an added 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to boost corrosion resistance. Possessing a density of 4.48 g/cc, both Grades 9 and 18 are significantly lighter than steel, weighing in at just under 60% of its mass.
This extraordinary material delivers exceptional corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chloride-exposed areas.
