These tubes are meticulously supplied as hot-rolled or hot-extruded, straightened, finely machined inside and outside diameters, and flawlessly surface polished. Available in heat-treated or non-heat-treated forms, each tube undergoes rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure superior quality.

Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes, available in diameters from 100mm and wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm, with lengths up to 25000mm. Titanium Grade 9, often hailed as 'half 6-4', is a remarkable alloy composed of titanium with 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. This composition endows it with mechanical strength that is 20 to 50% superior to thecommercially pure (CP)titanium grades. Moreover, it stands out for its enhanced formability and weldability when compared to the Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors the properties of Grade 9 but with an added 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to boost corrosion resistance. Possessing a density of 4.48 g/cc, both Grades 9 and 18 are significantly lighter than steel, weighing in at just under 60% of its mass.
This extraordinary material delivers exceptional corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chloride-exposed areas. Enhanced further with palladium, Titanium Grade 18 offers superior resistance to corrosion and withstands oxidation up to temperatures of 600°F (316°C).
