Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extruding processes, and subsequently straightened, machined for precise inside and outside diameters, and polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, these tubes benefit from advanced 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, ensuring superior quality and reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Boasting an outer diameter (OD) range from 19mm to 325mm, with wall thicknesses spanning 9mm to 30mm, and lengths reaching up to 5000mm, all customizable based on mutual agreements between manufacturer and customer. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Featuring an OD range from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths extending up to 3000mm, these also offer customization per client agreements.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are delivered in heat-treated forms, with surfaces etched, rigorously hydrostatically tested or ultrasonically inspected, as per manufacturing specifications. Specifications include:- OD ranging from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, all subject to mutual agreements between the manufacturer and customer.
Titanium Welded Pipes
Daxun proudly offers titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths extending up to 25000 mm. These pipes, available in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, cater to the engineering and chemical industries. Crafted using automated tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, followed by on-line heat treatment, our welded pipes undergo comprehensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaging is done as per customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards.
