Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys is a premier global producer and supplier of top-tier Grade 1 Titanium Plates.
Pure Grade 1 Titanium Plate boasts excellent ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Renowned for its outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, it also excels in resisting oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. Titanium's low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), combined with a high strength-to-weight ratio and superior corrosion resistance, makes it an ideal choice for demanding chemical environments. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile titanium grade, offering exceptional cold formability, superb corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and good impact hardness.
We are esteemed ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate Producers, offering a comprehensive range of Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. As leading manufacturers in China, we ensure top-quality titanium products that meet diverse industrial needs.
Grade 2
DAXUN excels in producing and stocking commercially pure titanium plates of Grade 2 (UNS R50400), available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is celebrated as the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, offering a superior blend of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance suitable for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a type of commercially pure titanium, striking an excellent balance between strength and ductility. It is known for its robust impact strength, ease of weldability, and remarkable corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, it exhibits excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's inherently low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and exceptional corrosion resistance make it an optimal material for various applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions at temperatures below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, it is the preferred alloy for industrial applications demanding superior ductility and corrosion resistance.
