The cold-rolled thickness range for Grade 1 Titanium Plates spans from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, while the hot-rolled range stretches from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are produced using longitudinal and transverse rolling and can be supplied in hot-rolled or heat-treated conditions. Creep flattening heat treatment can be employed to relieve internal stresses and achieve special flatness requirements. Plates are available as cut blanks, tailored to complex shapes cut from a parent plate, with further processing options including mechanical or chemical treatments, based on customer specifications.
