The Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium alloy plate is a high-performance alloy containing 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This α-β titanium alloy is characterized by aluminum stabilizing the α phase and vanadium stabilizing the β phase. Key attributes include exceptional comprehensive performance, excellent processability, and superior mechanical properties at both room and high temperatures. The TC4 titanium alloy excels in creep resistance, thermal stability, fatigue performance, and *** growth resistance in seawater, along with satisfactory fracture toughness and resistance to hot salt stress corrosion.
