Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are supplied in the form of hot-rolled or hot-extruded, meticulously straightened, with both the inside and outside diameters precisely machined, and surfaces polished to perfection. Our titanium tubes are available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, ensuring versatility for various applications. Additionally, our state-of-the-art facility boasts 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, guaranteeing impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (final dimensions to be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (final dimensions to be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are available in heat-treated forms, with surfaces meticulously etched. Each tube undergoes rigorous hydrostatic testing or ultrasonic testing, as per manufacturing specifications. Tube Specifications: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (final dimensions to be agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000 mm. We offer electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes for engineering and chemical industries. Our titanium welded pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material (kelp) through automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, and heat-treated on the mill line for superior durability. Finished titanium welded pipes undergo comprehensive mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Pipes are packed meticulously as per customer specifications. Our manufacturing processes and advanced inspection test equipment ensure that our thin wall welded pipes meet ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards.
