DAXUN specializes in producing and stocking an extensive range of commercially pure titanium plates, including Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 (UNS), with varying thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 120 mm. Renowned as the 'workhorse' of the titanium family, these plates seamlessly combine superior strength, remarkable ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance, making them ideal for a wide array of industrial applications.
Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 titanium plates represent the epitome of commercially pure titanium. They strike an exceptional balance between strength and ductility, boast impressive impact strength, and are easy to weld. These plates exhibit remarkable corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing settings, and wet ***. Additionally, they offer unparalleled resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
The Gr5 grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium plate is a distinguished titanium alloy containing 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This α-β type alloy benefits from aluminum stabilizing the α phase and vanadium stabilizing the β phase. Noteworthy for its comprehensive and process performance, the TC4 titanium alloy excels in room and high temperature strength, creep resistance, thermal stability, fatigue performance, *** growth resistance in seawater, and satisfactory fracture toughness and hot salt stress corrosion resistance. Its excellent process plasticity and superplasticity make it highly adaptable to various processing, welding, and machining methods.

1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: This exceptional grade of plate is meticulously produced through a plate rolling process where the final rolling step is conducted under cold conditions. The sheets are available in both work-hardened and heat-treated conditions, depending on your precise requirements. Further processing options include advanced mechanical or chemical treatments, tailored to meet your specific needs. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Expertly produced through both longitudinal rolling and a combination of longitudinal and transverse rolling techniques, these plates boast impressive thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm. Delivered in a heat-treated state, they can undergo creep flattening as a heat treatment to eliminate internal stress and achieve exceptional flatness. These sheets can also be provided as cut blanks for complex shapes, ensuring versatile applications. Subsequent processing is customized based on customer specifications.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Crafted with precision, these plates are produced by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press followed by rolling, or via open die forging methods. The process can include open die forging followed by rolling to attain desired dimensions. Standard slab dimensions include thicknesses up to 580 mm, widths up to 2000 mm, and lengths up to 6000 mm. The exact dimensions and weights of the forged plates are determined in consultation with the customer, ensuring bespoke solutions.

Grade 5 titanium plate (Ti-6Al-4V) is renowned as the 'workhorse' of titanium alloy materials, combining high strength, remarkable ductility, excellent corrosion resistance, and high temperature tolerance, making it a favorite in both general and military industries. Compliant with standards such as ASTM, ASME, AMS, GB, GJB, MIL, JIS, and EN.
The Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium plate is primarily utilized in aerospace, military, power industry, vehicle armor, rocket precision guidance components, and the marine industry.
Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of premium Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing. Grade 1 titanium is distinguished by its outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance and its ability to withstand oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. Titanium's low density (about half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it ideal for a broad spectrum of harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, with excellent cold formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance, along with good impact hardness.
We are your go-to producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterns, and Perforated Plates. As leading manufacturers and suppliers in China, we provide high-quality Pure Titanium Grade 1 products to meet your needs.
Grade 2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, offering high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for a wide range of industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate, offering an excellent balance of strength and ductility. It has good impact strength, easy weldability, and excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also excels in resisting seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it ideal for numerous applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the top choice for many industrial applications requiring good ductility and corrosion resistance.
