These exceptional titanium tubes are meticulously supplied in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms. Each tube is expertly straightened, with precision-machined inside and outside diameters, and polished to a flawless surface. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.

Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameters (OD) range from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness varies from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths can reach up to 5000mm, customized on a case-by-case basis with our customers. - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, with lengths up to 3000mm, as per customized agreements between the manufacturer and the customer.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are supplied heat-treated, surface-etched, and undergo thorough hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing based on the specified manufacturing requirements. Available sizes include: - Outer Diameters (OD) from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, tailored to customer specifications.
Titanium Welded Pipes
At DaXun, we manufacture and supply titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in) and wall thickness between 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), reaching lengths of up to 25000 mm. Our Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes cater to engineering and chemical industries. These pipes originate from flat rolled raw material and are welded using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, followed by heat treatment. Thorough mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Each pipe undergoes pneumatic or hydrostatic testing and is packed per customer specifications.

Titanium Grade 9, often affectionately dubbed 'half 6-4', is a high-performance alloy composed of titanium with 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. This remarkable alloy boasts an impressive 20 to 50% increase in mechanical strength compared to commercially pure (CP) titanium grades.commercially pure (CP)titanium grades, while remaining more formable and weldable than the widely used Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in nearly all aspects, with a distinct advantage: it incorporates an additional 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to significantly enhance corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 feature a density of 4.48 g/cc, which is less than 60% of steel's density.
This exceptional material offers robust corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including exposure to chlorides. Enhanced with palladium, Titanium Grade 18 provides superior corrosion resistance, withstanding oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
