General Properties
At Daxun Alloys, our extensive network of service centers stocks stainless steel bar products in a variety of common sizes and alloys for immediate supply. We also offer custom-sized stainless steel bars and can arrange stocking programs for quantities below the factory minimum for fast turnaround. Our inventory includes stainless steel round bars ranging from 1/16" to 26" in diameter, available in nearly every grade, including 302, 303, 304/L, 309/S, 310/S, 316/L, 317/L, 321, 321/H, 347, 347H, 410, 416, 420, 440C, 17-4PH, Duplex 2205, and Alloy 20.
Additional Services
A significant portion of our inventory is our uniquely processed bar grade: stainless steel round bars. These bars are melted to consistent standards to enhance machinability and minimize the total cost of each part. 1. Heat Treatments: Daxun offers heat treatment services for our stainless steel bars, tailored to the specific chemistry of the metal. 2. Positive Material Identification (PMI): In certain cases, additional PMI testing is required, which can be conducted in-house or via an independent laboratory. 3. Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Using high-frequency sound energy, we inspect and measure stainless steel bar products for defect detection, dimensional measurement, and more.
