Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These premium titanium tubes are supplied hot-rolled or hot-extruded, straightened, with precisely machined inside and outside diameters, and a polished surface. The titanium tubes can be heat-treated or non-heat-treated according to client specifications. Our state-of-the-art facility ensures 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to guarantee product integrity.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are expertly supplied in heat-treated, surface-etched forms, and are rigorously hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested to meet manufacturing specifications. Available sizes: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun proudly manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 100 mm, wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our titanium alloy pipes in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr7 are ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Using flat rolled raw material (kelp), these pipes are fabricated with automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat-treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes stringent mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Pipes are meticulously packed as per customer requirements.
Thanks to its high palladium content, Titanium Grade 7 exhibits exceptional resistance to corrosion. This grade is notably resistant to salt water and ideal for handling chloride media. Furthermore, it withstands erosion and impacts, making it a versatile choice for demanding environments.
