Titanium Grade 7 is mechanically and physically equivalent to Titanium Grade 2, with the exception of additional interstitial palladium which makes this material alloy. Grade 7 demonstrates excellent weldability, fabricability, and is the most corrosion-resistant of all titanium alloys. Because of these traits, this material is often used in chemical production processes and applications within the production equipment.
Titanium Grade 7 (0.8NI-0.3MO) is a commercially pure wrought Titanium alloy. Grade 7 demonstrates excellent strength at high temperatures, outstanding weldability, and superior crevice corrosion resistance. This material is similar to Titanium Grade 2 and Grade 3 with the addition of molybdenum and nickel, which offers enhanced corrosion resistance. Grade 7 can be hot or cold-formed using press brake forming, hydropress forming, stretch forming, or drop hammer method. This material's ability to be formed in various ways makes Grade 7 versatile for numerous applications.

Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extruding processes. These tubes are available in straightened, machined inside and outside diameters, and surface polished forms. Depending on client requirements, they can be heat-treated or non-heat-treated. We pride ourselves on our 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, ensuring the highest quality products.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are offered in heat-treated forms, with surface-etched finishes. Each tube undergoes rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing based on manufacturing specifications. Available dimensions include OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun's titanium welded pipes, available in diameters from 100 mm to 7.7 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), and wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), are engineered to lengths up to 25000 mm. Manufactured from flat-rolled raw materials using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, these pipes are heat-treated on the mill line and thoroughly tested. Our pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, ensuring they are perfect for engineering and chemical industries.
