Duplex 2507 stainless steel is a super duplex material with low carbon (up to 0.03%), chromium (~25%), nickel (~7%), and molybdenum (~4%) content. Duplex 2507 stainless steel is designed to meet the rigorous requirements of applications demanding high strength and corrosion resistance, including chemical process equipment, the petrochemical industry, and seawater equipment. This steel is highly resistant to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.
