Our hot-finished titanium tubes come in meticulously crafted forms such as hot-rolled or hot-extruded. These tubes boast straightened, machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, we ensure 100% ultrasonic flaw detection for uncompromising quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness 9mm to 30mm, length up to 5000mm (customizable upon agreement between manufacturer and customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness 7mm to 35mm, length up to 3000mm (customizable upon agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are meticulously heat-treated, surface-etched, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing. Depending on manufacturing requirements, these tubes are available in OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customizable upon agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun crafts top-tier titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to an impressive 25000mm. Ideal for engineering and chemical industries, our pipes are made from flat rolled raw materials via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, followed by in-line heat treatment. These titanium pipes undergo stringent mechanical testing, geometrical measurement, and non-destructive testing such as 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, alongside pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Every pipe is packed to meet customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.

Titanium Grade 9, often termed 'half 6-4', is a remarkable alloy composed of 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. This unique blend delivers an impressive 20 to 50% enhancement in mechanical strength compared tocommercially pure (CP)titanium grades. Moreover, it surpasses Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) in formability and weldability.
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors the properties of Grade 9 but includes 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to further enhance corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 boast a density of 4.48 g/cc, which is less than 60% that of steel.
This outstanding material exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including those containing chlorides. With the addition of palladium, Titanium Grade 18 provides superior corrosion resistance, and it withstands oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
