Grade 5 titanium tubes are extensively utilized in multiple industries, particularly under challenging and highly corrosive conditions:
Daxun Alloy conducts rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These guarantee the suitability of Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes for their applications. We meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface features during production. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special sizes taking 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube stands out as the most commercially available titanium alloy, known for its superior strength and toughness, along with excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We offer a wide range of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, and Welded Tubes.
As a premier manufacturer and supplier in China, Jiangsu Daxun Alloy Co., Ltd. delivers top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, receiving acclaim from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) dominates the titanium alloy tube market, accounting for over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in an annealed state, it operates efficiently up to 400°C (750°F). With ELI filler wire or matching welding, it offers higher strength and superior stiffness and thermal properties compared to commercial pure titanium tubes. Although its thermal conductivity is about 60% lower than CP titanium, it can be heat-treated for enhanced strength and performance. Its advantages include excellent formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
This grade is an ideal blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it indispensable in military aircraft, aviation, rocket components, precision-guided parts, armor, ship equipment, and military vacuum equipment. The 6-4ELI variant is also employed in surgical implants. Generally used up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness in cold conditions and is easily heat-treated for diverse applications. As a versatile titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube excels in temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C, offering unmatched commercial viability with superb strength and toughness, along with excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These high-quality titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion. They are then expertly straightened, machined to precise inside and outside diameters, and surface polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, all our titanium tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unmatched reliability and performance.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranging from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched forms, and can be hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested as per manufacturing specifications. Dimensions include: Outer Diameter (OD) from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000mm. These pipes are made from flat rolled raw material through automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and heat-treated on the production line. Comprehensive testing-mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, and hydrostatic-ensures compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Our packaging meets customized customer specifications, ensuring safe and secure transportation.
