This α-β type titanium alloy benefits from aluminum stabilizing the α phase and vanadium stabilizing the β phase. The standout features of the Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy plate include excellent comprehensive performance and superior process performance. TC4 titanium alloy showcases remarkable strength at both room and high temperatures, notable creep resistance, and thermal stability. It also offers high fatigue performance, *** growth resistance in seawater, and satisfactory fracture toughness. Corrosion Resistance

Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 Gr5 titanium plates offer exceptional resistance to seawater and marine atmospheric corrosion. While all four C.P. grades share similar corrosion resistance, their mechanical properties vary with the oxygen and iron content. These plates effectively resist wet chlorides and metal chlorides, chlorite and hypochlorite solutions, nitric and chromic acids, organic acids, and numerous industrial gases.
