Grade 5 Titanium Tubes are widely utilized in a range of industries where extreme corrosive conditions prevail:
At Daxun, we conduct rigorous quality assurance tests including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These tests guarantee that Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet application requirements. During production, we meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface quality. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special sizes taking 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy, known for its high strength, toughness, and excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell a variety of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless, Forged Seamless, and Welded Tubes.
As a premier manufacturer and supplier, Daxun Alloy delivers high-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning accolades from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used titanium alloy, accounting for over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically annealed, it operates up to 400°C (750°F). Welded using matching or ELI filler wire, Ti 6Al/4V offers superior strength compared to commercial pure titanium tubes, along with enhanced stiffness and thermal properties (excluding lower thermal conductivity). Grade 5 Titanium Tube also boasts heat treatability for optimized strength and performance, strong formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade seamlessly blends strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it indispensable across a multitude of high-stakes industries. Whether in military aircraft, aviation sectors, rocket components, precision-guided munitions, armor parts, ship equipment, or military vacuum apparatuses, this titanium alloy proves its unparalleled versatility. Additionally, its close counterpart, Grade 6-4ELI, finds significant usage in surgical implants. Specifically designed for applications up to 400°C, this titanium alloy enhances ductility and toughness, especially under cold working conditions, while boasting exceptional specific strength. Usually supplied in an annealed state, it can be heat-treated to amplify its strength, suiting a plethora of applications. Widely recognized as a general-purpose titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube excels in temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C. Renowned as the most commercialized titanium alloy, Grade 5 titanium alloy tube offers a perfect amalgamation of high strength and toughness, coupled with stellar welding and processing attributes.
