Ti 6Al/4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire and offers significantly higher strength than commercial pure titanium tubes. It also boasts better stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity), although its thermal conductivity is about 60% lower than CP titanium. These premium-grade tubes are meticulously supplied in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, then expertly straightened, and precision-machined both inside and out. The surface is polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, each tube is subjected to 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unmatched quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer diameters ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thicknesses between 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (dimensions can be customized upon agreement between the manufacturer and the customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Outer diameters ranging from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses between 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (adjustable upon mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are provided in heat-treated forms, with surface etching, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as per manufacturing specifications. Tubes available: Outer diameters from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customizable upon mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing titanium pipes with diameters from 100mm to 12.7-38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, dependent on diameter), and lengths stretching up to 25000mm. These pipes are crafted from flat rolled material using advanced automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, followed by heat treatment on the mill line. Each finished pipe undergoes stringent mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, comprehensive 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaged according to customer specifications, our titanium welded pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, setting the benchmark for engineering and chemical industry applications.
