Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extruding processes, then straightened, precision-machined both inside and out, and surface polished to perfection. Available in either heat-treated or non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure the highest quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spans 9mm to 30mm, and lengths can extend up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement between the manufacturer and customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD spanning 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness between 7mm to 35mm, with lengths up to 3000mm (mutually agreed upon between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are supplied heat-treated, surface-etched, and rigorously tested either hydrostatically or ultrasonically as per the manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness spans 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement between the manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes with diameters starting from 100 mm, wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm, and lengths up to 25000 mm. These pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw materials using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat-treated on the mill line. Our extensive mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, and eddy current testing ensures compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Available in electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr7 titanium alloys for engineering and chemical industries, these pipes are packed according to customer specifications.
Due to its high palladium content, Titanium Grade 7 offers exceptional corrosion resistance, making it ideal for saltwater environments and handling chlorides. Additionally, Titanium Grade 7 withstands erosion and impact, making it a robust choice for demanding applications.
