Grade 5 Titanium Tubes: Unmatched Performance in Extreme Environments
At Daxun, we ensure superior quality through a series of rigorous tests including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance, mechanical, hardness, positive material identification, and expansion tests. These guarantee that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet all required specifications. We also meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface quality during production. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with a 15-20 day window for special sizes.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube: A Commercial Powerhouse. Known for its high strength and toughness, this alloy also boasts exceptional welding and processing characteristics.
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, and Welded Tubes.
As a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning acclaim from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most utilized titanium alloy, representing over 50% of total titanium use. Typically annealed, it operates up to 400°C (750°F) and is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. It provides significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium, with enhanced stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The thermal conductivity of Grade 5 titanium is about 60% lower than CP titanium. Among its benefits, it can be heat treated for optimal strength and performance, offering strong formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes: A Perfect Blend of Strength, Corrosion Resistance, Weldability, and Machinability. Widely used in military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and more. Close variant 6-4ELI is also used in surgical implants. Ideal for applications up to 400°C, it provides excellent specific strength, ductility, and toughness in cold working conditions. Available in annealed states, it can be easily heat-treated to enhance strength for diverse applications. As the most commercialized titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V offers unmatched properties at temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C, combining high strength and excellent processing capabilities.

Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our pipes, made from premium Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, serve the engineering and chemical industries. These welded pipes, produced from flat rolled materials via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, undergo rigorous heat treatment on the mill line. Each finished pipe is subjected to comprehensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and extensive 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, along with pneumatic or hydrostatic assessments. Packaging is customized to meet each client's specifications. Our sophisticated manufacturing processes and state-of-the-art inspection equipment ensure that our thin wall welded pipes meet or exceed ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
