State-of-the-Art Production

For Grade 1 Titanium Plates, the cold rolled thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, while the hot rolled thickness ranges from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are available in hot rolled or heat treated conditions and are produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. Creep flattening, a heat treatment process to relieve internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements, is also available. Plates can be supplied as cut blanks, tailored to complex shapes from a parent plate, with further mechanical or chemical processing per customer requirements.
