Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished Titanium Tubes come in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, meticulously straightened, with precisely machined inside and outside diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated variants, each tube undergoes rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness of 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD spanning 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness between 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are meticulously provided in heat-treated, surface-etched forms and undergo stringent hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as per manufacturing specifications. Available sizes include OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
