Advanced Production

DAXUN offers Grade 1 Titanium Plates in a cold rolled thickness range of 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, and hot rolled thickness range of 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are provided in hot rolled or heat-treated conditions, produced through longitudinal and transverse rolling. If needed, creep flattening is available to relieve internal stresses and meet special flatness requirements. Plates can be supplied as cut blanks, accommodating complex shapes derived from a parent plate. Further processing can be tailored to customer specifications, whether mechanical or chemical.
