Grade 5 titanium tubes find extensive application across numerous industries operating under severe corrosive environments:
Daxun conducts an array of rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening test, flaring test, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance test, mechanical test, hardness test, material positive identification, expansion test, and more. These comprehensive tests certify that the Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Seamless Pipe materials meet the required standards. Throughout the production process, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface quality of our products. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days; special size products are delivered within 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available of all titanium alloys, known for its high strength and toughness. It exhibits excellent welding and processing properties:
We stock and sell a variety of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, and Welded Tubes.
As a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning high praise from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most extensively used titanium alloy tube, comprising over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Featuring significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium tubes, it also offers superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity, which is about 60% lower than CP titanium). This grade can be heat treated to further enhance strength and performance. Key benefits include robust formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
This exceptional grade combines strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it ideal for military aircraft, the aviation industry, rocket components, precision-guided parts, armor parts, ship equipment, and military vacuum equipment, among other applications. The close variant, 6-4ELI, is also used in surgical implants. Suitable for applications up to 400°C, it improves ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. With excellent specific strength, it is usually provided in the annealed state and can be heat treated to enhance strength for diverse applications. A versatile general-purpose titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube exhibits an array of remarkable properties over temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extruding processes. Each tube is straightened, machined both inside and outside, and polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-Rolled Titanium Tubes: Offered in outer diameters ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thicknesses from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm. Each specification can be customized based on mutual agreements with our clients. - Hot-Extruded Titanium Tubes: Available in outer diameters from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses of 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm, with all details tailored to client requirements.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are produced to meet precise specifications and can be heat-treated, surface-etched, and subjected to hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing based on your requirements. We supply tubes with outer diameters from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, all customizable through mutual agreement.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in) and wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in). These pipes can reach lengths up to 25000mm and are crafted from Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys suitable for engineering and chemical industries. Our pipes are produced using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat-treated on the mill line. Each pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing. We adhere to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, ensuring that our finished products are packed according to customer specifications.
