Advanced Production

For Grade 1 Titanium Plates, the cold rolled thickness ranges from 0.3 mm to 6.0 mm, while the hot rolled thickness ranges from 4.76 mm to 155 mm. These plates are available in hot rolled or heat treated conditions, produced by longitudinal and transverse rolling. If needed, creep flattening can be applied as a heat treatment to relieve internal stresses and meet specific flatness requirements. Plates can be supplied as cut blanks for parts with complex shapes, tailored through either mechanical or chemical processing according to customer requirements.
