At Daxun, we implement a rigorous regime of quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance tests, mechanical and hardness tests, material positive identification, expansion tests, and more. These tests ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipe materials meet the highest standards. We carefully measure the diameter, thickness, and surface quality during production. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with a 15-20 day timeframe for special sizes.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is renowned for being the softest form of titanium, offering the highest ductility. It excels in cold forming, provides excellent corrosion resistance, has superb welding properties, and is known for high impact toughness.
Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 1 Tube is distinguished by its softness and ductility, making it ideal for the maritime and chemical industries where extreme conditions prevail. The ultimate tensile strength of SB 338 Gr 1 Tube stands at 35 KSI min (240 MPa min), while the yield strength is between 25 - 45 KSI (170 - 310 MPa). Known also as TA1, Titan Grade 1, and Gr 1, this non-alloyed, low-strength titanium tube boasts excellent formability and low oxygen content, making it perfect for chemical industry applications, heat exchangers, and desalination facilities.
Grade 1 Titanium Tube is also ideally suited for manufacturing exhaust systems, charge air pipes, and water pipes. We offer tubes with a thickness of 1.2 mm and diameters from 51 mm to 102 mm, which are the most common sizes for exhaust systems. These tubes maintain stability and strength even at higher exhaust gas temperatures.
Daxun certifies and rigorously tests titanium alloy tubes according to ASME SB/ASTM standards B861 and B862. Our testing includes hardness, hydrostatic, eddy current, ultrasonic defect identification, tensile, flattening, expansion, annealing, tempering, and stress relief tests to ensure the utmost quality.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These premium titanium tubes are offered as hot-rolled or hot-extruded. They undergo meticulous straightening, precise machining of inside and outside diameters, and surface polishing. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes are subjected to rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spans 9mm to 30mm, and lengths reach up to 5000mm (specific lengths to be agreed upon individually between the manufacturer and the customer). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness spans 7mm to 35mm, with lengths reaching up to 3000mm (specific lengths to be agreed upon individually between the manufacturer and the customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are expertly provided as heat-treated, surface-etched, and rigorously tested-either hydrostatically or ultrasonically-based on manufacturing specifications. Tubes are available in the following specifications: OD ranges from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness spans 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths reach up to 6000mm (specific lengths to be agreed upon individually between the manufacturer and the customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies top-grade titanium pipes with diameters from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000 mm. We offer Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes for engineering and chemical industries. These superior welded pipes are crafted from flat-rolled raw materials using advanced automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat-treated on the mill line. Each finished pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, comprehensive 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and either pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. We meticulously pack pipes as per customer specifications. Our manufacturing processes and state-of-the-art inspection test equipment ensure our thin-wall welded pipes meet ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
