| No.1 | After hot rolling, heat treatment, pickling or other equivalent treatment is applied. |
| No.2D | Annealing and pickling are performed after cold rolling; material is soft with surface of silver-white luster; used for general applications and deep drawing. |
| No.2B | After 2D finish, skin pass rolling is performed to obtain a more suitable luster; the surface becomes very exquisite; used for general applications. |
| No.3 | Intermediate 100-120 grit finish; used for applications in which surface polishing is performed after shaping. |

309/309s Grade Stainless Steel Sheets in a Variety of Finishes
Our stainless steel sheets (sometimes called steel sheets) are available in a range of beautiful finishes: brushed finish, 2B smooth finish or 8K mirror finish.
The finished side of each stainless steel sheet we supply is coated with a film. This film is easily peeled off after fabrication or installation and protects the surface of the material from wear and marks. The back side is unfinished.
309s Grade Stainless Steel Sheet is the most commonly used variety. It is easily weldable, formable, and has good corrosion resistance.
To meet your specific requirements, our stainless steel sheets are available in three finishes and a variety of sizes. We can readily provide any custom size you may need with our free unlimited cutting service.
We are able to meet any size needs between 0.3 and 30 mm in thickness and between 50 x 50 mm and 2500 x 1250 mm in size. In addition, we provide free unlimited cutting with every order, using a state-of-the-art cutting machine to precisely meet your requirements.
