Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically, or ultrasonically tested forms, tailored to specific manufacturing requirements. Specifications include:- OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customized to client specifications).

Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in producing titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in). Lengths reach up to 25000 mm, available in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Crafted from flat-rolled raw materials, these pipes undergo automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and inline heat treatment. For optimum annealing of Grade 12 Ti 0.3 Mo 0.8 Ni alloy, heat the material to between 732-816°C (1350-1500°F), hold for 2 hours, then allow it to air cool. For intermediate stress relieving, heat to 538-649°C (1000-1200°F), maintain for 1 hour, then follow with air cooling.

Forging

Commence rough forging at 871°C (1600°F) and finalize the process within the range of 788-843°C (1450-1550°F) to ensure structural integrity.

Hot Working
