Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. Each tube is precision-straightened, with both inside and outside diameters expertly machined and polished to perfection. Available in heat-treated or non-heat-treated forms, our tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure the highest quality standards.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customized to client specifications); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD spans 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customized to client specifications).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically, or ultrasonically tested forms, tailored to specific manufacturing requirements. Specifications include:- OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customized to client specifications).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in producing titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in). Lengths reach up to 25000 mm, available in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Crafted from flat-rolled raw materials, these pipes undergo automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and inline heat treatment. Each pipe is subjected to mechanical testing, geometric measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaging is customized to meet client specifications. Our adherence to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards guarantees the highest quality for thin-wall welded pipes.
