Grade 5 titanium tubes are widely used in the following industries under extreme corrosive conditions:
Daxun performs a comprehensive suite of quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These rigorous evaluations ensure that Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Seamless Pipe materials meet the exacting standards required for their applications. Throughout the production process, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface of our products. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with a delivery span of 15-20 days for special size products.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available of all titanium alloys. It combines high strength and toughness. Grade 5 Titanium alloy has good welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, etc.
Daxun Alloy, as a leading titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, provides high-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes to the world and has been well received by many projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used of all titanium alloy tubes, accounting for more than 50% of the total titanium usage. Usually utilized in the annealed state, it operates at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. It offers significantly higher strength compared to commercial pure titanium tubes, with superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity, which is about 60% lower than CP titanium). Additionally, it can be heat treated to achieve ideal strength and performance. Its advantages include strong formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade is a perfect amalgamation of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Consequently, it finds extensive use in military aircraft, aviation industry, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and other critical applications. The closely related 6-4, 6-4ELI variant is also used in surgical implants. It performs exceptionally well in applications up to 400°C, enhancing ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. With excellent specific strength, it is typically provided in the annealed state and can be heat treated to increase strength for various applications. As a versatile titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube exhibits a broad range of desirable properties at temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube has established itself as the most commercially viable titanium alloy, combining high strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics.
