These tubes are supplied in meticulously produced forms such as hot-rolled or hot-extruded, straightened, with machined inside and outside diameters, and surface polished to perfection. The titanium tubes are available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated variants. Our company boasts 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, ensuring the highest quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:

Tubes Supplied: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (final specifications to be mutually agreed upon).

DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our titanium alloy pipes, including Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12, are specifically designed for engineering and chemical industries. Produced from flat rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat-treated on the mill line, our titanium welded pipes are subject to stringent mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. INCREASED PALLADIUM

Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) retains all the remarkable traits of Grade 9, augmented with 0.04 - 0.08% palladium for enhanced corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 exhibit a density of 4.48 g/cc, markedly lighter than steel by over 40%.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

This alloy excels in corrosion resistance when exposed to oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chloride presence. The added palladium in Titanium Grade 18 elevates its resilience against corrosion, withstanding oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
