Grade 5 titanium tubes are essential in industries that operate under extreme corrosive conditions:
Daxun conducts extensive quality assurance tests, ensuring every product meets stringent standards. These tests include flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These rigorous checks guarantee the Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Seamless Pipe are fit for their applications. We meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface of our products throughout production. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, while special size products are delivered in 15-20 days.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available among Titanium alloys. It boasts high strength and toughness, with excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell a variety of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy products including Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, and Welded Tubes.
Daxun Alloy is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Grade 5 Titanium pipes in China, highly regarded by numerous projects worldwide.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most extensively used titanium alloy, representing over 50% of total titanium utilization. Typically used in its annealed state, it withstands operating temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire and offers significantly higher strength than commercial pure titanium tubes, along with superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity, as it is about 60% lower than CP titanium). The Grade 5 titanium tube can be heat-treated to achieve optimal strength and performance, combining strong formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
This grade offers a perfect blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it ideal for military aircraft, aviation industries, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and other critical parts. The closely related 6-4, 6-4ELI is also used in surgical implants. Ideal for applications up to 400°C, it improves ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. Typically provided in the annealed state, it is easy to heat treat to enhance strength for a myriad of applications. As a versatile titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube provides a wide range of properties at temperatures from -210°C to 400°C. The Grade 5 titanium alloy tube, renowned for its commercial availability, boasts high strength, toughness, and excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, with wall thicknesses between 9mm and 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customizable upon mutual agreement). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) spans from 50mm to 160mm, wall thicknesses from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (customizable upon mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available in heat-treated, surface-etched forms and are subjected to either hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing, based on specific manufacturing requirements. Available dimensions include Outer Diameters (OD) from 6mm to 89mm, wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (customizable upon mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun offers a wide range of meticulously manufactured titanium welded pipes with diameters from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in). Lengths extend up to 25000mm, adhering to stringent electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy standards for engineering and chemical industries. Our pipes are crafted from flat-rolled materials using state-of-the-art tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, and are heat treated inline. Every welded pipe endures comprehensive mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing to ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, packed meticulously as per customer specifications.
