1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: This exceptional plate is meticulously produced through a plate rolling process, with the final rolling step executed via cold rolling. The sheets are available in either a work-hardened or heat-treated condition, ensuring optimal performance. Additional processing, whether mechanical or chemical, is tailored to meet the precise requirements of our discerning customers. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Crafted through both longitudinal rolling and a combination of longitudinal and transverse rolling, our hot-rolled titanium plates boast thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm. These plates are supplied in a heat-treated condition, with optional creep flattening available to eliminate internal stresses and meet stringent flatness specifications. We offer sheets as cut blanks, allowing for complex shaped parts derived from the parent metal. Subsequent processing is customized to fulfill the customer's exacting demands.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Our forged titanium plates are manufactured by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press and then rolling them, or through open die forging followed by rolling. Standard slab dimensions include thickness up to 580 mm, width up to 2000 mm, and length up to 6000 mm. The specific dimensions and weight of the forged plates are determined through mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the customer.

Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of premium Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts excellent ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Known for its superb general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium effectively resists oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. With low density (nearly half that of nickel-based alloys), a high strength-to-weight ratio, and robust corrosion resistance, it excels in various harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile variant, offering outstanding cold formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and impact hardness.
We are esteemed ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate Producers, supplying Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Grade 1 Coil, Pure Titanium Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates. As leading manufacturers in China, we ensure quality and precision in every product.
Grade 2
DAXUN specializes in producing and stocking commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. The Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is recognized as the "workhorse" of the commercially pure titanium category, offering a perfect blend of high strength, ductility, and impressive corrosion resistance across numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure, versatile titanium plate, delivering a balanced mix of strength and ductility. It offers significant impact strength and excellent weldability. The plate excels in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Moreover, it demonstrates excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions, making it a reliable choice for various industrial applications.
With its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and superior corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for numerous applications. The Grade 2 Titanium Plate resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C and has a melting point of 1660°C, making it the alloy of choice for most industrial applications requiring excellent ductility and corrosion resistance.
