These premium titanium tubes are supplied in multiple forms: hot-rolled or hot-extruded, straightened, with precisely machined diameters, and polished surfaces. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes are subject to rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, ensuring top-notch quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (customizable per agreement between manufacturer and customer); - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, lengths up to 3000mm (customizable per agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are delivered in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested conditions, aligned with manufacturing specifications. Available Tubes:- OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 11mm, lengths up to 6000mm (customizable per agreement).

Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun supplies titanium welded pipes, diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), lengths up to 25000mm. These pipes, suitable for engineering and chemical industries, are made from flat rolled material via automatic tungsten inert gas welding, followed by heat treatment. All finished pipes undergo mechanical testing, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and pneumatic or hydrostatic testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards. Pipes are packed as per customer specifications.

Titanium Grade 9, also known as 'half 6-4', is an exceptional alloy combining 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. This blend offers an impressive 20 to 50% boost in mechanical strength, making it a highly sought-after material.commercially pure (CP)titanium grades, and yet it remains more formable and weldable compared to the robust Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).

INCREASED PALLADIUM

Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in all properties, with an added 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to boost corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 boast a density of 4.48 g/cc, significantly lighter than steel at under 60% of its weight.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

This remarkable alloy excels in resisting corrosion in oxidising, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including those with chlorides. Enhanced with palladium, Titanium Grade 18 offers superior corrosion resistance and withstands oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
