1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Crafted through a meticulous plate rolling process, the final stage of this plate's production is cold rolling. These sheets are available in either work-hardened or heat-treated conditions. Depending on your specific requirements, further processing can involve mechanical or chemical methods to achieve the desired specifications. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Manufactured by both longitudinal and longitudinal-transverse rolling techniques, these plates come in thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm and are supplied in a heat-treated state. If needed, creep flattening can be performed as part of the heat treatment to eliminate internal stresses and meet specific flatness demands. These plates can also be provided as cut blanks, tailored into complex shapes as per customer specifications.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Produced by forging steel ingots on vertical hydraulic presses followed by rolling, or via open die forging alone or combined with rolling. Standard dimensions for slabs include thicknesses up to 580mm, widths up to 2000mm, and lengths up to 6000mm. The exact dimensions and weights of the forged plates are custom-agreed between the manufacturer and the customer, ensuring precise adherence to your requirements.
