Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Manufactured by both longitudinal and transverse rolling techniques, these plates boast thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm and are supplied in a heat-treated state. For specific requirements, creep flattening can be employed as a heat treatment method to remove internal stress and meet unique flatness specifications. Customizable, these plates can be supplied as cut blanks, tailored into complex shapes cut from the parent metal, perfectly aligning with the customer's needs.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Crafted through a meticulous process involving forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press followed by rolling, or utilizing open die forging techniques, these plates are available in impressive dimensions: thickness up to 580 mm, width up to 2000 mm, and length up to 6000 mm. The exact dimensions and weight of forged plates are determined in collaboration with the customer, ensuring a perfect fit for any application.
