Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously engineered and supplied in hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms. Meticulously straightened and machined to perfection both inside and out, these tubes feature superior surface polishing. Available in either heat-treated or non-heat-treated forms, each tube undergoes rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure top-notch quality.

Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are precision-engineered, available in heat-treated, surface-etched forms, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as per manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: - OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (customizable by agreement between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying high-quality titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in, depending on diameter), lengths up to 25000mm. Ideal for engineering and chemical industries, our titanium welded pipes are crafted from flat-rolled raw material (kelp) using state-of-the-art automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders. Post-manufacturing, these pipes are heat-treated on the mill line and undergo stringent mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing to ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Custom packing specifications are also offered.
Our titanium tubes find extensive use in aircraft applications where a high strength-to-weight ratio is crucial. Ti-3Al-2.5V, recognized for its exceptional malleability compared to Ti-6-4, is perfect for hydraulic systems. Titanium Grade 9, often labeled as 'half 6-4', is a superb alloy composed of 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. It boasts an impressive 20 to 50% enhancement in mechanical strength compared to other alloys.commercially pure (CP)titanium grades. This alloy not only stands out with its superior strength but also excels in formability and weldability, surpassing the capabilities of Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors the traits of Grade 9, with an added benefit: 0.04 - 0.08% palladium. This augmentation significantly elevates its resistance to corrosion. Both Grades 9 and 18 are lightweight, possessing a density of 4.48 g/cc, which is remarkably less than 60% of steel's density.
This exceptional material excels in resisting corrosion within oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including those containing chlorides. Titanium Grade 18, fortified with palladium, offers even greater corrosion resistance and withstands oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
