Aiming to create the world's top high-performance titanium alloy plates, we deliver swiftly worldwide - ASTM B265 Grade 2 and Grade 5 Titanium Plates. DAXUN stocks and produces Grade 5 alloy titanium plates (UNS R56400) with thicknesses from 0.5mm to 300mm (0.5mm-6.0mm cold rolled, 6.0-50mm hot rolled, and over 50mm forged). Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) is the quintessential titanium alloy, merging high strength, ductility, and exceptional corrosion and high-temperature resistance, making it a favorite for both general and military industries. Compliant with ASTE, ASME, AMS, GB, GJB, MIL, JIS, EN, and more.
Ti-6Al-4V grade 5 titanium plate is predominantly utilized in aerospace, military, power industry, vehicle armor, rocket precision guidance parts, and marine applications.
Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of premium Grade 1 titanium plates.
Our Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts excellent ductility and cold formability, making it ideal for deep drawing processes. Known for its superior general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium also resists oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. Its low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it a prime choice for varied harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, offering good cold formability, excellent corrosion resistance, superb weldability, and notable impact hardness.
We are leading ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate Producers, offering Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Grade 1 Coils, Pure Titanium Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, ASTM B265 Gr 1 Sheets, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. As top manufacturers in China, we ensure high-quality production.
Grade 2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. The Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the primary choice in the commercially pure titanium family, offering a blend of high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance suitable for many industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate represents a commercially pure titanium plate that perfectly balances strength and ductility. It features good impact strength, easy weldability, and significant corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, mildly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also excels in seawater and salt solutions.
With a melting point of 1660°C, Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it an ideal material for a plethora of applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred alloy for most industrial applications requiring excellent ductility and corrosion resistance.
