Grade 5 titanium tubes are indispensable in industries requiring robust materials for extreme corrosive environments:
At Daxun, we conduct rigorous quality assurance tests including flattening tests, flaring tests, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance tests, mechanical tests, hardness tests, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet all application requirements. Throughout production, we meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface quality. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, while special-size products are delivered within 15-20 days.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially prevalent titanium alloy, prized for its remarkable strength, toughness, and excellent welding and processing properties:
We stock and sell a variety of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, and Welded Tubes.
Daxun Alloy, a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, is known globally for providing high-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes, acclaimed in numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most extensively used titanium alloy tube, representing over 50% of the total titanium usage. Typically supplied in an annealed state, it operates efficiently up to 400°C (750°F) and is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. Ti 6Al/4V exhibits significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium, better stiffness, and superior thermal properties (except for thermal conductivity, which is about 60% lower than CP titanium). Heat treatment enhances its strength and performance, making it ideal for applications requiring formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This grade epitomizes the perfect blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it ideal for military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, and military vacuum equipment. The 6-4ELI variant is also popular in surgical implants. Applied up to 400°C, it improves ductility and toughness in cold working conditions and offers excellent specific strength. Provided in an annealed state, it can be heat-treated for various applications. Overall, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube stands out with its wide range of ideal properties at temperatures from -210°C to 400°C, combining high strength and toughness with superb welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extrusion processes. They are subsequently straightened, machined to precise inside and outside diameter specifications, and surface polished for an impeccable finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, these tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (subject to mutual agreement). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our cold-finished titanium tubes are available as heat-treated, surface-etched, and rigorously tested either hydrostatically or ultrasonically, adhering to stringent manufacturing specifications. Tube Dimensions: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (subject to mutual agreement).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun proudly manufactures titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 to 1.5 inches), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 to 0.065 inches), and lengths up to 25000mm. Suitable for engineering and chemical industries, these pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat-treated on the mill line. They undergo comprehensive mechanical, geometrical, ultrasonic, eddy current, pneumatic, or hydrostatic testing. Complying with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards, our pipes are packaged according to customer specifications, ensuring the delivery of superior quality products.
