Grade 5 titanium tubes are widely used in the following industries under extreme corrosive conditions:
At Daxun, we perform rigorous quality assurance tests including flattening test, flaring test, ultrasonic flaw detection test, pitting and resistance test, mechanical test, hardness test, material positive identification, and expansion test. These tests ensure that both Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipe materials are suitable for their intended applications. Throughout production, we meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface quality. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size products delivered within 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy, combining exceptional strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics.
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a leading titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy is renowned worldwide for providing high-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes, earning acclaim from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used titanium alloy tube, making up more than 50% of total titanium usage. It is typically used in the annealed state and can operate at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. It offers significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium tubes, alongside superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The thermal conductivity of Grade 5 titanium tube is about 60% lower than CP titanium. Its heat treatable nature means it can achieve ideal strength and performance. Advantages include strong formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance.
This exceptional Titanium Alloy Tube Grade 5 offers an unparalleled blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it the preferred choice across a multitude of demanding applications. Widely utilized in the military and aviation sectors, this alloy is integral in the construction of military aircraft, rocket components, precision-guided devices, armor plating, naval equipment, and vacuum apparatus. The variant Ti 6Al-4V ELI is also esteemed in the medical field for surgical implants. This versatile alloy demonstrates remarkable performance at temperatures up to 400°C, enhancing ductility and toughness, particularly in cold-working scenarios. Known for its impressive specific strength, it is commonly supplied in an annealed state and can be readily heat-treated to further bolster its strength for various applications. Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tubes exhibit a plethora of desirable properties over a broad temperature range of -210°C to 400°C, making them the most commercialized among titanium alloys. This Grade 5 titanium alloy tube stands out for its superior strength, toughness, weldability, and processing capabilities.
