Grade 5 titanium tubes are extensively utilized in numerous industries facing harsh corrosive environments:
Daxun conducts rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet application requirements. Diameter, thickness, and surface measurements are taken throughout production. Standard delivery is 5-7 days, with special sizes taking 15-20 days.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy, known for its high strength and toughness. It possesses excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
Daxun Alloy, a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, offers top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, acclaimed by numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most widely used titanium alloy, comprising over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically annealed, it operates up to 400°C (750°F) and is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. Ti 6Al/4V boasts higher strength than CP titanium tubes, with better stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity), which is about 60% lower. Heat treatable for optimal strength and performance, Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes also offer excellent formability, low density, and superior corrosion resistance.
This grade is a perfect combination of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Therefore, it is widely used in various high-performance sectors such as the military aircraft and aviation industry, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, and military vacuum equipment. Additionally, the closely related 6-4ELI variant is employed in surgical implants. Typically, it is favored for applications up to 400°C, enhancing ductility and toughness in cold working conditions while boasting excellent specific strength. Usually provided in the annealed state, it can be heat-treated to increase strength for diverse applications. As a general-purpose titanium alloy, the Ti 6Al-4V seamless tube offers an array of ideal properties at temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C. The Grade 5 titanium alloy tube stands as the most commercialized among all titanium alloys, combining high strength and toughness with superb welding and processing characteristics.
Discover the exceptional Titanium Alloy Grade 5 Seamless Pipe, engineered for high-performance applications. Our Titanium Gr 5 High Pressure Pipe meets the rigorous standards of ASTM B338 and offers unparalleled strength.
