1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Our cold-rolled titanium plates are meticulously crafted through a stringent plate rolling process, with the final rolling phase being cold rolling. These sheets are available in either a work-hardened or heat-treated condition. Depending on your specific needs, we offer additional processing which can be mechanical or chemical in nature. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Produced via longitudinal rolling or a combination of longitudinal and transverse rolling, our hot-rolled titanium plates boast a thickness range from 3.0mm to 155mm. They are delivered heat-treated, and can undergo creep flattening to eradicate internal stresses and achieve specific flatness standards. We can supply these sheets as cut blanks, meaning intricate parts can be precisely cut from the parent metal, with further customization available as per your requirements.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Forged titanium plates are produced by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press, followed by rolling, or employing open die forging techniques. The standard slab dimensions can reach up to 580 mm in thickness, 2000 mm in width, and 6000 mm in length. The exact dimensions and weights of the forged plates are meticulously coordinated between us and our esteemed clients.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a premier global producer and supplier of top-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it ideal for deep drawing processes. Known for its superior general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium effectively withstands oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. Titanium's low density-approximately half that of nickel-based alloys-combined with a high strength-to-weight ratio and robust corrosion resistance, makes it an ideal choice for challenging chemical environments. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the most ductile and softest of the grades, offering outstanding cold formability, excellent corrosion resistance, superior weldability, and good impact hardness.
DAXUN excels in producing ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, and Finished Plates. We are a trusted supplier of Titanium Grade 1 Coil, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, ASTM B265 Gr 1 Sheets, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. As leading manufacturers in China, our Titanium Gr 1 products meet the highest industry standards.
Grade 2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure Titanium Plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is recognized as the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, combining high strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for diverse industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate, a commercially pure titanium offering, strikes an ideal balance between strength and ductility. It features good impact strength, is easily weldable, and exhibits commendable corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, it demonstrates superb resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make Grade 2 Titanium Plate an optimal material for a multitude of applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a high melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred choice for industrial applications demanding good ductility and corrosion resistance.
