At DAXUN, we specialize in producing and stocking commercially pure titanium plates including Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 (UNS). These plates, ranging in thickness from 0.5 mm to 120 mm, are the backbone of the commercially pure titanium family. They offer an ideal combination of high strength, ductility, and superior corrosion resistance for a variety of industrial applications.
The Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 titanium plates are renowned for their excellent balance of strength and ductility. With robust impact strength and ease of welding, they excel in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Moreover, they demonstrate outstanding resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
The Gr5 grade5 Ti6Al4V titanium plate stands out as a titanium alloy plate containing 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, classified as an α-β type titanium alloy. Aluminum stabilizes the α phase while vanadium stabilizes the β phase. This Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy plate boasts exceptional comprehensive performance, excellent room and high-temperature strength, superb creep resistance, thermal stability, high fatigue performance, *** growth resistance in seawater, and satisfactory fracture toughness and hot salt stress corrosion performance. Its impressive process plasticity and superplasticity make it suitable for diverse processing, welding, and machining methods.

Grade 1
DAXUN Alloys is a premier global producer and supplier of high-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate excels in ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Known for its outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, as well as its resistance to oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. Titanium's low density (about half that of nickel-based alloys), combined with a high strength-to-weight ratio and excellent corrosion resistance, makes it an exceptional choice for harsh chemical environments. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, featuring superb cold formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and impact hardness.
Producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Coils, Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and more. Leading manufacturers in China for Titanium ASTM B265 Gr 1 Sheets and Plates.
Grade 2
DAXUN offers and maintains stocks of commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. As the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) combines high strength, ductility, and remarkable corrosion resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate that strikes an excellent balance between strength and ductility. It features good impact strength, is highly weldable, and offers superb corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, it boasts excellent seawater and salt solution resistance.
With its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for numerous applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. Its melting point of 1660°C makes it the preferred alloy for most industrial applications requiring robust ductility and corrosion resistance.
