Grade 5 titanium tubes are renowned for their unparalleled performance in demanding environments. These tubes find extensive applications across various industries, particularly where extreme corrosive conditions prevail:
At Daxun, we prioritize quality by conducting a series of rigorous tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that both Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Grade 1 Titanium Seamless Pipe are perfectly suited for their intended applications. Throughout production, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface quality of our products. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with special size products delivered within 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially viable titanium alloy, blending high strength with exceptional toughness. This grade boasts outstanding welding and processing characteristics:
We maintain a diverse inventory of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy is committed to delivering top-tier Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning accolades from numerous high-profile projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) stands as the most prevalent titanium alloy tube, representing over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically utilized in the annealed state, it operates optimally up to 400°C (750°F). When welded, it pairs with matching or ELI filler wire. Ti 6Al/4V surpasses commercial pure titanium tubes in strength, offering superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity) with about 60% lower thermal conductivity. Its heat-treatable nature allows for achieving ideal strength and performance. Additionally, Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes excel in formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
This exceptional grade presents a perfect synergy of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. It boasts widespread applications across multiple industries, including military aircraft, the aviation sector, rocket components, precision-guided systems, armor parts, ship equipment, and military vacuum apparatus. Notably, the closely related 6-4ELI variant is extensively utilized in surgical implants. Engineered to perform optimally up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness in cold working environments while offering outstanding specific strength. Provided typically in an annealed state, it can be easily heat-treated to increase strength for various applications. As a versatile, general-purpose titanium alloy, the Ti 6Al-4V seamless titanium tube demonstrates ideal properties within a temperature range of -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube stands as the most commercialized among titanium alloys, combining superior strength and toughness with excellent welding and processing characteristics.
