Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Created through longitudinal rolling or a combination of longitudinal and transverse rolling methods, these titanium plates come in a thickness range of 3.0mm to 155mm. They are supplied in a heat-treated condition, with the option of creep flattening to eliminate internal stress and fulfill special flatness requirements. Whether you need cut blanks or complex shaped parts, these sheets can be customized per your specifications.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Produced by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press, these plates can also be made using open die forging, or a combination of open die forging and rolling. Standard slab dimensions include a thickness of up to 580 mm, width up to 2000 mm, and length up to 6000 mm. The exact dimensions and weight of the forged plates can be tailored through agreements between the manufacturer and the customer.
