Grade 5 Titanium Tubes: Essential for Extreme Corrosive Conditions in Leading Industries:
Daxun conducts a wide array of quality assurance tests, including flattening test, flaring test, ultrasonic flaw detection test, pitting and resistance test, mechanical test, hardness test, material positive identification, expansion test, etc. These rigorous tests confirm that Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Grade 1 Titanium Seamless Pipe meet the required application standards. Throughout the production process, we meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days, while special size products take 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available of all Titanium alloys. It showcases exceptional strength and toughness. This alloy is renowned for its excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and sell a variety of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tubes, including Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, and Welded Tubes.
Daxun Alloy, a leading titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, delivers top-tier Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, earning accolades from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) stands as the most extensively used titanium alloy tube, comprising over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates efficiently up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded using matching or ELI filler wire. This alloy exhibits significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium tubes, paired with superior stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity). The thermal conductivity of Grade 5 titanium tube is approximately 60% lower than CP titanium. Among its numerous benefits, it is heat treatable, allowing for enhanced strength and performance. Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes offer remarkable formability, low density, and outstanding corrosion resistance.
This grade embodies an ideal blend of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it indispensable in military aircraft, aviation industry, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and more. The close variant, 6-4ELI, is also utilized in surgical implants. Typically deployed in applications up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. Besides, it possesses excellent specific strength. Generally provided in the annealed state, it can be heat-treated for increased strength across numerous applications. As a versatile titanium alloy, Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube exhibits a wide array of ideal properties at temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C. Grade 5 titanium alloy tube is the most commercialized of all titanium alloys, merging high strength with toughness and offering excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun proudly manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths extending up to 25000 mm. Our range includes electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes, ideal for engineering and chemical industries. These titanium welded pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material (kelp) using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders, followed by inline heat treatment. The finished pipes undergo stringent mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Each pipe is meticulously packed as per customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
