Grade 5 titanium tubes are widely used in the following demanding sectors where extreme corrosive conditions prevail:
Daxun undergoes extensive quality assurance testing, including flattening test, flaring test, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance test, mechanical test, hardness test, material positive identification, expansion test, etc. These rigorous tests guarantee that Grade 1 Titanium Welded Pipe and Grade 1 Titanium Seamless Pipe materials are perfectly suited for their intended applications. We meticulously measure the diameter, thickness, and surface of the products during production. Our standard delivery time is 5-7 days with special size products delivered in 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube stands as the most commercially prevalent titanium alloy. It merges exceptional strength with toughness. Grade 5 Titanium alloys boast superior welding and processing characteristics:
We stock and supply Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and more.
As a premier manufacturer and supplier of titanium alloy tubes in China, Daxun Alloy delivers top-notch Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, garnering acclaim across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most extensively utilized titanium alloy tube, representing over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in an annealed state with an operating temperature of up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded using matching or ELI filler wire. It offers significantly higher strength than commercial pure titanium tubes, enhanced stiffness, and favorable thermal properties, although its thermal conductivity is about 60% lower than CP titanium. It can be heat-treated for optimal strength and performance, combining strong formability, low density, and superior corrosion resistance.
This grade epitomizes the harmony of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Its wide application spans military aircraft, aviation industry, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor parts, ship equipment, and military vacuum equipment. The 6-4ELI variant is also utilized in surgical implants. Typically used up to 400°C to enhance ductility and toughness in colder conditions. Its specific strength is exceptional, often provided in an annealed state and easily heat-treated for increased strength in various applications. Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube exhibits ideal properties across a temperature range of -210°C to 400°C, making it the most commercialized titanium alloy. It combines high strength with toughness and excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
Our hot-finished titanium tubes come in either hot-rolled or hot-extruded forms, offering precision with straightened, machined inside and outside diameters, and a polished surface. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated variants, these tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure top-notch quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: Outer Diameter (OD) ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spans from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths reach up to 5000mm. Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, with wall thickness between 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm. All dimensions can be customized as per the agreement between the manufacturer and the client.
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are meticulously produced to meet stringent manufacturing specifications, available in heat-treated, surface-etched, hydrostatically tested, or ultrasonically tested forms. These tubes feature OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm, customizable on a case-by-case basis.
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun's titanium welded pipes range from diameters of 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. These pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, adhering to ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Post-manufacturing, the pipes undergo comprehensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, ultrasonic and eddy current testing, and either pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. The pipes are then packaged to meet customer specifications, ensuring they meet engineering and chemical industry needs with high precision.
