Daxun conducts comprehensive quality assurance tests including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting resistance, mechanical testing, hardness testing, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These rigorous tests ensure that our Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet stringent application requirements. We measure diameter, thickness, and surface quality throughout production. Standard delivery is within 5-7 days, with custom sizes requiring 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube stands out as the most commercially available titanium alloy, boasting superior strength and toughness. It also offers excellent welding and processing characteristics, such as:
We stock and sell Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, among others.
As a premier titanium alloy tube manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy offers high-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes internationally, earning acclaim from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the most utilized titanium alloy, representing over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically employed in the annealed state, it can operate at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al/4V is welded using matching or ELI filler wire, providing significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium tubes. It boasts better stiffness and thermal properties (excluding thermal conductivity), with thermal conductivity about 60% lower than CP titanium. Heat treatment enhances its strength and performance, while qualities like strong formability, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance make it ideal for various applications.
This grade perfectly balances strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Widely used in military aircraft, aviation industry, rocket components, precision-guided systems, armor parts, naval equipment, and military vacuum equipment, it is also suitable for surgical implants in its 6-4ELI variant. Typically used up to 400°C, it improves ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. With high specific strength, it is generally provided in the annealed state and can be heat-treated for increased strength, making it suitable for diverse applications. Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube excels with its combination of high strength and toughness, along with excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These premium titanium tubes are meticulously crafted through hot-rolling or hot-extruding processes and are further straightened for precision. The inside and outside diameters are expertly machined to perfection, and the surfaces are polished to a high standard. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure superior quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 19mm to 325mm, with wall thicknesses between 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (negotiable based on specific requirements). Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, with wall thicknesses between 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (negotiable based on specific requirements).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Our Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are delivered in heat-treated conditions, with surface etching for enhanced quality. Each tube undergoes hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing as per stringent manufacturing standards. Specifications include: OD ranging from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness ranging from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (negotiable based on specific requirements).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun excels in manufacturing titanium welded pipes with diameters from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thicknesses from 0.4 to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our pipes, made from high-grade titanium alloys (Gr1, Gr2, Gr12), are perfect for engineering and chemical industries. These pipes are produced using flat rolled raw materials and automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, followed by on-site heat treatment. They undergo extensive mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing. Additionally, they are subjected to pneumatic or hydrostatic testing and are packaged according to customer specifications. Our advanced manufacturing processes and inspection equipment ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
